What is ChatterQ?
ChatterQ is an AI-powered customer discovery platform. It looks through supported online conversation sources for people asking for what you offer, scores how likely each conversation is to be a real buying opportunity, and helps your team review and respond.
Is it for B2C and B2B?
Yes. The same platform adapts to your industry, audience, location, and buying signals, whether you're a local roofer looking for homeowners or a software company looking for teams evaluating tools.
How does the AI work?
You tell ChatterQ about your business and the signals that matter. The AI reads matching conversations, separates general chatter from genuine intent, assigns a buying-intent score, and explains why. It isn't perfect, so every opportunity is designed for human review before anyone acts on it.
Which platforms can it monitor?
ChatterQ is designed to work with conversation sources that can be accessed in line with each platform's terms. The specific list of supported sources will be confirmed before launch. We won't claim a source is supported until it's verified and properly licensed.
How do plan allowances work?
Plans are based on Active Search Missions and user seats: Starter includes 5 missions and 1 seat, Growth 15 missions and 5 seats, Scale 25 missions and 15 seats. A mission is one ongoing buying-signal discovery goal, such as 'homeowners looking for roof repairs'. It is not one group, ZIP code, country, search run or opportunity. You can target local, regional, national or international audiences, subject to the sources actually available. There are no opportunity credits, per-lead or per-click charges, and no geographic market limits. Extra missions are $15/month each and extra seats $10/month each.
What if my industry has fewer conversations?
Some industries and areas simply have fewer public conversations. ChatterQ focuses on quality over volume, and you're never charged per opportunity, so you're not paying for noise. We don't guarantee a minimum number of opportunities.
Can it connect to my CRM?
CRM handoff is part of the core design: you'll be able to export or send approved opportunities into your sales process. Specific native CRM integrations are planned and will be listed only once they're live and verified.
Does it send messages automatically?
No. ChatterQ suggests responses, and a person on your team reviews, edits, and decides whether to use them. It doesn't post or message on your behalf on social platforms.
Does it identify people behind anonymous social accounts?
No. ChatterQ does not attempt to unmask or identify the real people behind anonymous or pseudonymous social accounts. Anonymous website visitor identification, a separate category of tools for your own website traffic, is a different thing entirely and is not the same as social identity resolution.
